Shipping and Returns
As most of my paintings are not framed or matted I make sure that I carefully pack each one with a protective covering. If you purchase a pastel painting it will be packed tightly to prevent shifting and smearing. Each product will arrive with instructions on how to properly handle your purchase. It will arrive to you via priority mail through USPS. I offer free shipping except to Alaska, Hawaii, and international countries.
If by chance your purchase arrives damaged please contact me at email@example.com. I will do all I can to walk you through the process to fix any smears or I will paint a new one free of charge. If what you purchased is not what you expected you may return it for a refund minus shipping. Please send it back within 7 days of receiving it and send it the same way it was shipped. You will be refunded once I receive and inspect the painting.
I have shipped several paintings and I never have had a problem. I stand by my products 100% and will do all I can to make sure your painting gets to you in perfect condition.
